Truly authentic Thai cuisine in the Old Town
Here’s a truly authentic Thai restaurant in the Old Town of Tallinn. Chef Khampan Pukdangpan and his team will make sure you experience the warm hospitality and genuine flavours that are typical of the charming Kingdom of Thailand. Here, the perfect balance of salty, sweet, sour and bitter will take you on an exotic journey. In addition to working in Thailand and Estonia, chef Khampan Pukdangpan has also practiced his cooking secrets in world-class restaurants in Fiji, Maldives, Seychelles, Morocco, and the United Arab Emirates. Many of the dishes are prepared quickly at high temperatures to preserve the beneficial properties of the food, with the focus on the texture, colour, and harmony of the various tastes.
Head chef Khampan Pukdangpan is responsible for the authenticity of NOK NOK’s flavours. In our restaurant, with its combination of Eastern and Nordic interior design, the most authentic Thai dishes are prepared under his professional guidance in a manner and style that is traditional for the people of Thailand. The restaurant has six different halls. The restaurant’s main area, which can accommodate 42 guests, is located in the depths of the building. The restaurant also has three smaller dining areas, a seminar room with a projector and other equipment, and also a well-appointed kitchen for cooking classes, where up to 20 people can test their skills. NOK NOK has a total area of 600 square metres.
